Tipsy Afternoon Vineyards LLC is a family owned and operated vineyard and boutique winery for generations, located in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California. This wine region is located between the southern reach of Shasta Cascade and the northern reach of the Sierra Nevada Range. The volcanic alluvial soil, Lake Oroville nearby, abundant sunlight and heat, all create our unique Terrior for grapes and wines.

Our vineyard has 5.3 acres and was established in 1998, with 5 red varietals, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Syrah and Zinfandel, among which Barbera and Sangiovese are from the Northern region of Italy. These 5 red varietals are growing well in this Northern California region, which assures the wines express well structured and powerful nature.
